How I Train:

I provide high quality care to help people with chronic and complex conditions regain a sense of self. I do so by listening to your full body complaints and looking at the body from a zoomed-out view. I believe the human body is very complex and to not respect all areas of pain or restrictions you are experiencing is a disservice to you. I aim to treat the culprit and not the victim of your complaints. I do this by finding and correcting postural compensations made from inherent asymmetries of our body. Along with posture and breathing I also take into account your visual system and your proprioceptive awareness from the ground up. I have the clinical experience to know when orthotics like: foot, vision glasses, and dental guards are needed to gain optimal performance. I also posses the skillset to mold both foot and dental orthotics and trial vision scripts alongside your optometrist.

Why I Train:

I found PRI due to having chronic multi-site pain myself. From being uneducated on proper lifting and stretching parameters, multiple concussions, and TMJ dysfunction I was a mess. Chronic low back pain and Bilateral venous Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) kept me up in pain at night for years. Thankfully I found PRI and dove deep into the material. Within 6 months I was symptom free in all areas listed above. Because of my personal journey I have become very empathetic and motivated towards helping others live pain free in their own bodies and back to the activities that bring them joy.
